Happy Pezidents. . .i.e. Presidents Day

A trip to Economy Candy in the Lower East Side's Rivington Street yielded a surprise: PEZ prez series. My first instinct was to scoff at the PEZ education series, but on thought—and reading about PEZ's new education series, I have to hand it to the brand for creating opportunities for themselves as well as educators. It's interesting that each new box the Presidents of the United States series is called a "volume," as if it were a book (which it is, kind of). In another stroke of marketing savvy, PEZ calls itself the first "interactive candy." Here's to their perPEZual success.
