Talk about long response time. This is the cover we did years back. Somehow, the book itself is lost in the BTD tidied-up (translation: hidden forever) shelves. So, this is a screenshot of what we did. The most interesting aspect of snagging an image on Amazon is finding Patti Smith's review, posted in Winter 2005.
