Three Kings day is my favorite part of Christmas. At St. Anthony of Padua's down on Houston and Sullivan, they wouldn't have the Three Kings set up until the Epiphany, which was how we did it at our house when I was growing up. I imagine the person who enforced that must have died...I noticed that now the Three Kings are out at the same time as the shepherds. At least they wait until Christmas Day to put in the Jesus baby!

If young designers can win Fulbright Scholarships to study the cute culture in Japan, then it's certainly fine to call a toy-like manger "cute."
