Something yet to master: The Golden Section (aka The Golden Ratio). I know it's important. I included it in the update of Layout Essentials, but with an explanation that's not clear enough. The best I can do is say the Golden Section is about perfect proportions. However, I can't understand the math let alone explain it. The examples included in one of the bonus data-filled pages from Phaidon's Grids and Guides journal are complete and yet just as tricky for me to grasp. Possibly, my next challenge to myself should be 100 days of The Golden Section.
