A new design meme? I'm seeing a lot of these decorated lozenges lately, mostly on cookbooks and food-related items. And I'm wondering what they're actually called...
I've been calling them lozenges—and must confess to using a shape similar to "Blissdom" for a project-in-works about sweets. Perhaps it's because the shapes / labels imply a gift or a treat as opposed to something basic.
I *wish* that was my desk! I see an iPhone, a MacBook, a Canon lens cap...
I've got 3 random pieces of a recycled plastic tea set, a type ruler, a pencil, and an old fashioned iMac! [Also, 3 huge stacks of paper in giant guilt piles!]

Is that an iPhone 4 I see, BTW?
