The guy at the Bleecker Street exit has changed his pitch. He's reworked his cardboard signs from "Homeless. Please Help " to "Please Help! Keep NYC a Little Cleaner." In addition, he now offers a service: he sweeps his area. Sorta savvy. The shot above shows his desktop, so to speak.
